CASTING

Casting of the Refiner Disc sets is done by using the latest technology to ensure 100% gauranteed Physical, chemical & Mechanical properties of the Alloy to Ensure wear resistance, Corrossion & Erossion Of refiner Plates.

HEAT TREATMENT

Each disc Set is subject to Heat Treatment at our Sophisticated facilities to Ensure the Homogenous Microstructure of the plates.

GRINDING
Surface Grinders Installed are of Heavy Duty precision enabling to grind the complete circle at one time which ensures 100% Parallality is maintained of both the surfaces of the discs.

HARDNESS TESTING
Each and every plate is subject to verification for the hardness of the same to ensure consistent quality & sustained performance

DYNAMIC BALANCING
Refiner Plates are dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940-73(E)G-6.3 which is certified for each sets.
